Abstract

Petition for Rehearing of an opinion dated March 11, 1992 in which this Court upheld the trial court's denial of Appellant's Motion for New Trial. Appellant was convicted of and judgment entered for Capital Homicide, a capital offense, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-202 (1953 as amended), and Aggravated Kidnapping, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-302 (1953 as amended), in the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County, State of Utah, the Honorable Raymond S. Uno, Judge, presiding. In its opinion, this Court covered only those appellate issues relating to the adequacy of the transcript.
