Abstract
Dear Justices: This office represents Alan Parsons, Erin Parsons, Roy Hockin, Lloyd V. McBride, David C. Knuz, and Merit Distributing, Inc., Defendants and Respondents in the above captioned matter. We have reviewed the brief submitted by Salt Lake County, a corespondent in this matter, and find that it sets forth with clarity all points we would raise to be considered by the Court. We feel that it would be inappropriate and burdensome on the Court to file a brief containing repetitive and redundant arguments and citations. We hereby join with and rely upon the Respondent's Brief filed by Salt Lake County. We find that there is no divergence in legal opinions between the brief Salt Lake County has filed and the brief we have prepared to file. We respectfully request that the Court uphold the decision of the trial court in its entirety.
