Abstract
BRIEF OF APPELLANT Appeal from a final judgment and conviction against Terry L. Hay for one count of Criminal Homicide, second degree murder, a first degree felony, in violation of Title 76, Chapter 5, Section 203, Utah Code Annotated (1953 as amended). The appellant was found guilty by a jury on July 14, 1990, in the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County, State of Utah, the Honorable Michael R. Murphy, Judge, presiding. The final judgment and conviction was rendered on June 17, 1991, whereby Mr. Hay was sentenced to the Utah State Prison for the indeterminate term prescribed by law.
