APPELLANT WAS FOUND GUILTY BY A JURY OF THE OFFENSE OF AGGRAVATED ROBBERY AS DESCRIBED IN UTAH CODE ANN. §76-6-302 (1953 AS AMENDED). APPELLANT WAS SENTENCED TO A TERM OF IMPRISONMENT OF SIX YEARS TO LIFE.
