Dear Mr. Butler:

We have just become aware of the Court's opinion in the case of Pusey V. Pusey, Case No. 20365, filed August 18, 1986. In light of that decision, we feel it necessary to request that point III of the argument section of our brief, filed in the above referenced appeal, be stricken.
