Abstract
Appeal from a judgment of conviction for operation of a clandestine laboratory, a
first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37d-4 (Supp. 2001); unlawful
possession of a controlled/counterfeit substance with intent to distribute, a second degree
felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 5 8-3 7-8( 1 )(a)(iii) (Supp. 2001); and use or
possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor, in violation of Utah Code Ann.
§ 58-37a-5 (1998), in the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County, State
of Utah, the Honorable William W. Barrett, Judge, presiding.
