Abstract

This appeal is from a conditional plea of guilty before the Honorable Stanton M. Taylor to two counts of attempted aggravated murder on January 6, \ 999. On February 2, 2000 the Court sentenced the Defendant to serve two concurrent terms of five years to life at the Utah State Prison.
