The Symposium on "The Future of Families and of Family Law in America” is co-sponsored and supported by the Ave Maria Law Review and by the BYU Journal of Public Law, which will publish timely-submitted and edited papers presented at the symposium. The purpose of the symposium is to bring together thoughtful legal scholars with diverse perspectives to consider the scope, direction and pace of changes in families and family law, and to discuss what effects those changes may produce in America and in American law in the future. Dean Gilbert Holmes is the keynote speaker.
