Abstract

This appeal is from a final order and judgment finding the Appellant in violation of the terms of his probation for the crime of three counts of Unemployment Compensation Fraud, Class A Misdemeanors, and sentencing Appellant to a term of seventy days in jail. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 78- 2a-3( e). Appellant's conviction was entered by Judge Michael J. Glasmann on September 17, 1998.
