COPYRIGHT LAWS.
Mr. CURRIER. Mr. Speaker, I move to suspend the rules, discharge the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union from the further consideration of the bill H. R. 28192, agree to the amendments proposed by the committee, and pass the bill.
The SPEAKER. The gentleman from New Hampshire moves to suspend the rules, discharge the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union from the further consideration of the bill, agree to the amendments proposed by the committee covering that bill, and pass the bill.
